My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although lacking a view due to their corner location, were comfortable and clean, despite showing signs of wear like outdated carpets and bathrooms. However, the strong patchouli odor upon arrival was off-putting. The service was generally friendly and accommodating to our group visiting for a wedding, though there were some issues with seating arrangements. The location, while ideal for business, had its drawbacks, including a cold atmosphere and interactions with unhelpful staff. Overall, a stay with both highlights and challenges.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were fine, overlooking the area, clean, and well-appointed, although lacking small fridges, coffee makers, or safes. The service was always friendly and very attentive to any needs that arose. The location was perfect, next to the airport, close to malls and restaurants, making it great for easy access when traveling. The dining options were good, although a bit pricey. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and convenient location.
